Only applications with a Loom vide will be considered We are seeking an expert LinkedIn Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive growth and demand generation strategy for our brand. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven expert who understands how to blend brand building with sophisticated technical automation. The ideal candidate is not just a content manager; you are a strategic thinker who can build a complete LinkedIn ecosystem. You will be responsible for transforming our LinkedIn presence into a powerful engine for brand awareness and inbound opportunities. Core Responsibilities: Strategy & Brand Growth: Develop and execute a data-driven LinkedIn strategy focused on growing our brand's authority, reach, and engagement with our target audience. "LinkedIn Lander" Optimization: Audit and completely optimize our key executive profiles and Company Page, transforming them into high-converting "landers" that clearly articulate our value proposition and guide visitor action. Automation & Workflow Building: Design, implement, and manage sophisticated automation workflows. You must be proficient in tools like N8N and Phantom Buster (or similar, like Make/Integromat) to handle tasks such as data enrichment, connection requests, and message sequencing in a safe and effective way. Best Practices Implementation: Leverage all the latest best practices regarding the LinkedIn algorithm, content distribution models (e.g., content repurposing, engagement strategies), and profile optimization to maximize our visibility and impact. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., profile views, engagement rate, connection growth, inbound leads) and provide regular reports on performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: Proven Brand Growth: Demonstrable experience (with case studies or a portfolio) of significantly growing a B2B brand's presence and influence on LinkedIn. Automation Expertise: This is non-negotiable. You must have hands-on experience building and managing complex automation workflows using N8N and/or Phantom Buster. Please be prepared to discuss specific workflows you have built. LinkedIn Mastery: Deep, expert-level understanding of the LinkedIn platform, its algorithm, and its full suite of tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Content Strategy). Strategic & Technical: You must be able to think high-level (brand strategy) and get in the weeds (building an N8N workflow). Excellent Communication: Must be able to clearly articulate your strategy, report on results, and collaborate effectively with our team. ⭐ Bonus Points (Highly Valued): Demand Generation: Extensive experience in B2B demand generation, understanding how to create and capture demand, not just generate leads. Industry Experience: Previous experience working with B2B consultants, consulting firms, or in a similar professional services environment.
