OVERVIEW We’re seeking an experienced LinkedIn Ads Specialist to help us grow our audience and client base for our online leadership courses and executive coaching programs. This is an ongoing role (5–10 hours per week to start), with the potential for increased hours and rate based on performance. We’re currently offering $7.00/hour to start, with a clear path for rate increases if results are strong. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Set up and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns across multiple formats (promoted posts, sponsored video, and especially Event Ads for weekly webinars) - Build and manage Matched Audiences using contact lists we provide - Optimize ad performance based on key engagement and conversion metrics - Collaborate with our content and marketing team to align ad creative with campaign goals - Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of ad performance KEY REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns - Expertise in creating and managing Matched Audiences (including uploading custom contact lists) - Familiarity with LinkedIn Event Ads, Sponsored Content, and video promotions - Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimizations - Strong communication skills and reliability NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED) - Experience promoting coaching programs, courses, or B2B professional services - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or Zapier for basic integrations GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain experience working with a U.S. company with an office in Pakistan and team members in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. We are a dynamic growing company (more details about our company and team below). You will work closely with our Operations Manager who lives in Pakistan and will also have the opportunity to work with our founder / CEO of our company (who is well-known author in the U.S. business and a recognized expert in the corporate leadership development space). HOURS AND TERM Hours are flexible. Most work is done on your own schedule. We do expect you to respond to our communication within 24-36 hours during business days of the week. We appreciate a fast turnaround on work. You would need to be available to meet via Zoom occasionally (perhaps once or twice a month) during U.S. Pacific Time business hours. (8 am PST to 5 pm PST). This is a long-term position that will be ongoing. Probably about 5-10 hours a week to start, but if you are successful in this position, those hours will increase if you are efficient and effective with your work). PAY This role starts at $7.00 per hour (averaging 5-10 hours a week to start). With success, this pay can be increased over time (in addition to more hours).
