We are a fast-growing real estate development company managing projects from initial design to final construction. With over 20 projects in our pipeline, we’re looking to expand our network of professionals to help bring our developments to life efficiently and professionally. We are seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) with a strong structural engineering background to digitally sign and seal structural drawings and letters for permit submission. The ideal candidate will assist in addressing comments from the plan reviewer and ensure structural documentation meets all requirements for permit approval. Key Responsibilities: Digitally sign and seal structural drawings and letters using a certificate from IdenTrust or GlobalSign. Review and address plan reviewer comments, including , providing the required structural detail as requested by the reviewer. Support the permitting process by responding to any additional comments and updating/signing revised documents as needed until the permit is approved. Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Requirements: Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license Demonstrated experience in structural engineering, including analysis and detailing. Authorized and capable of digitally signing documents using IdenTrust or GlobalSign. Experience working with building departments and addressing reviewer comments. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Potential for ongoing work, with 20+ projects in our pipeline. High-quality work may lead to a long-term relationship.
