The Heritage Oaks Patient Enrichment Center (HOPE Center) is an independent, 16-bed psychiatric health facility (PHF), serving Sacramento County Medi-cal beneficiaries and driven by the mission of providing mindful and caring support to adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis in our community.
