We own a property in Los Angeles that has an existing unpermitted unit, originally built as a granny flat (with full bathroom and kitch), which I would like to legalize as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. My goal is to complete the process as efficiently as possible while meeting all LADBS and City Planning requirements. Specifically, I’m looking for a professional who can: Assess the current condition and determine necessary upgrades for compliance. Prepare accurate “as-built” drawings and required documentation.
