Responsibilities: Open new claims with insurance carriers. Send out Letters of Representation (LORs). Verify referral source, case type, and client details in the case management system. Track claim acknowledgments and follow up with carriers. Maintain files in compliance with firm standards. Qualifications: Prior experience in personal injury case coordination or legal support. Proficiency with case management software (Filevine or similar strongly preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Medical terminology familiarity is a plus.
