About the Role

  • As a Legal Recruiter at Poulin | Willey | Anastopoulo, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the front end of our attorney recruiting engine. You will focus on lead generation, proactive sourcing, and relationship building to identify and attract top-tier legal talent aligned with our firm’s growth and mission. This role emphasizes pipeline development and candidate engagement—from the first outreach to scheduling interviews and extending offers.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate Leads & Build Pipelines: Proactively source and cultivate relationships with attorneys and legal professionals to maintain a strong, ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Engage & Screen Candidates: Manage initial outreach, Culture Index assessments, and phone screens to evaluate candidate fit and interest while delivering a smooth, professional experience.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and legal leaders, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Manage Offers & Closures: Prepare and extend offers, guide candidates through the acceptance process, and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
  • Organize Recruiting Events: Organizing and attending recruiting events, law school programs, and attorney networking activities to expand brand presence and attract top talent.
  • Track Progress & Metrics: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, track key recruiting metrics, and provide regular pipeline updates to firm leadership.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with legal and talent leaders to anticipate hiring needs, align pipeline goals, and refine sourcing strategies that support firm growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven recruiting experience (3+ years), ideally within legal, professional services, or high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Strong ability to source, screen, and build pipelines of quality candidates using multiple platforms and creative outreach methods.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates, interviews, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tracking recruiting metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders and other team members.
  • This position can be fully remote anywhere in South Carolina, but candidate must be willing to travel for recruiting events and training opportunities.
