Description: We are a legal technology solutions firm that helps law firms streamline their operations and adopt the best tools for efficiency. We are looking for an experienced professional with deep knowledge of legal case management systems, specifically CasePeer. The ideal candidate can configure, customize, and optimize these platforms, while also setting up automations and integrations using Make or Zapier. Experience with document management platforms like NetDocuments is a strong plus. Responsibilities: - Configure, customize, and optimize case management systems (CasePeer) for law firm use - Build automations and integrations using Make or Zapier to improve workflows between platforms - Provide consulting on best practices for law firm operations (intake, case tracking, reporting, document storage) - Assist with data migration, custom field setups, dashboarding, and reporting - Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to our law firm clients - (Preferred) Integrate case management systems with NetDocuments Requirements: - Hands-on expertise in at least one major legal case management system (CasePeer) - Proven experience with automation and API tools such as Make or Zapier - Strong understanding of law firm workflows and operational needs (multiple practice areas) - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical setups to non-technical users - NetDocuments experience is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications: - Prior consulting or solution-implementation experience for law firms - Ability to create process documentation and staff training resources - Familiarity with API integrations to extend system functionality
