Loans will either be converted into equity in the seller’s company once profitable, or refunded if the cooperation ends. Funding: Exclusively provided by non-US resident members of the LLC. Restrictions on publicly promoting investment opportunities in our LLC to non-US residents via our website. Clarification whether compliance obligations are determined by the investor’s/seller’s country of residence in addition to NM state rules.
