Your responsibilities will include: Teaching and Curriculum Development: Teach a range of subjects in Buddhist Studies, develop new courses, and contribute to curriculum design and innovation. Research and Publication: Conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present findings at conferences and public forums. Student Supervision: Supervise research students, providing guidance and mentorship throughout their academic journey. Academic Leadership: Contribute to the School's academic leadership, participate in committees, and foster institutional partnerships and networks. You may be a great fit if: You are a passionate and dedicated academic with a strong background in Buddhist Studies, possessing a proven track record of teaching excellence, research achievements, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative academic environment. You may also: Hold a PhD in Buddhist Studies or a related discipline. Have a demonstrated ability to teach effectively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Possess a strong research profile with a track record of publications in high-quality journals. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
