We are a licensed outpatient treatment center in West Palm Beach, Florida, providing both onsite and telehealth counseling, substance use treatment, and behavioral health services. Our clients include court-ordered individuals, probation referrals, and residents of FARR-accredited sober living homes seeking outpatient or virtual care options. We’re looking for an experienced and ethical lead generator/referral specialist to help us expand partnerships and referral pipelines across Palm Beach County and throughout Florida. Responsibilities -Identify and connect with FARR-accredited sober homes, court and probation programs, case managers, and community partners for referrals. -Generate qualified leads for both onsite and telehealth services. -Build and maintain long-term referral relationships within the behavioral health network. -Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and community engagement while adhering to Florida DCF and anti-brokering laws. -Provide weekly tracking reports on outreach, partnerships, and conversions. -Collaborate with the intake team to ensure referred clients transition smoothly into care.
