About
We are developing a new product (mobility + sanitation aid) and want to validate demand with B2B outreach. Your role will be to: * Research and build lead lists. This includes identifying decision-makers at retirement and senior living communities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, and high-traffic public facilities such as airports, stadiums, libraries, and malls. Collect accurate contact info including name, title, email, phone, and LinkedIn. * Conduct outreach and make initial contact. This will involve sending cold emails (templates provided, but you can refine), making follow-up calls when necessary (English fluency required), and tracking responses and interest in a shared spreadsheet or CRM. * Schedule meetings. You will be expected to book 2–3 qualified meetings per week with facility managers, operations directors, or procurement staff. For each meeting, provide me with warm introductions, summaries of conversations, and suggested next steps. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in B2B lead generation and/or SDR roles. Experience with healthcare, senior living, or facilities management is a plus. * Strong written and spoken English skills. * Comfortable with both email outreach and light calling. * Organized, reliable, and able to keep detailed notes. * Familiar with LinkedIn, Apollo/ZoomInfo (or equivalent), and Google Sheets/CRM. **Deliverables:** * 50–100 qualified leads per week. * Consistent outreach with clear tracking of opens and replies. * 2–3 scheduled meetings per week with interested facilities. **Application Instructions:** * Share your experience with lead generation or SDR work. * Provide examples of industries you have worked in. * Tell me what tools you use to build lead lists and send outreach. * Bonus if you have healthcare or senior living lead generation experience.
