We are looking for a data-driven Sales Manager to lead our outbound lead generation efforts. This role requires a hands-on expert in LinkedIn automation platforms, specifically Dripify and Expandi, to manage our campaigns and a small team of SDRs. Your primary goal is to build, optimize, and scale our outreach systems to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Management: Lead the strategy and execution of our multi-channel outbound campaigns, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn automation via Dripify/Expandi. 2. Tool Mastery: Take full ownership of our Dripify and Expandi accounts—managing campaign setup, sequencing, lead list integration, and performance monitoring. 3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor SDRs, ensuring they are effectively leveraging the automation tools and following up on leads promptly. 4. Optimization: Continuously A/B test outreach sequences (connection requests, messages, follow-ups) to maximize connection and reply rates. 5. Reporting: Track and report on key metrics (connections, replies, meetings booked) to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role focused on outbound lead generation. - Must-have: Hands-on, expert-level experience managing campaigns in Dripify and/or Expandi.
