Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living Job Description Join our team as a Lead Security and Emergency Services Officer. You will provide leadership and mentorship to SES officers while assisting the Security and Emergency Services Supervisor with program compliance, implementing new protocols, ensuring quality improvement, and overseeing training and administrative support. How you will make an impact Train, mentors and coaches employees Participate in QAPI activities for improved patient care and resident satisfaction Engage in routine interior and exterior patrols of the buildings and grounds Conduct safety checks and inspections in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance Operate company vehicles in accordance with established policies and applicable laws Respond to medical emergencies and provides and directs prompt, efficient care to the ill and injured Practice positive resident relations; responds to resident and family inquiries, concerns or problems What you will need Must be at least 18 years old Current and valid driver’s license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification Current Emergency Medical Responder certification HSI Level 3 Instructor Certification required or to be obtained within 6 months Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
