Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of proven expertise in software development. This person will serve as a key technical leader, driving the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications and platforms. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable architecting from the ground up, building scalable systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of applications across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Architect, design, and build scalable websites and applications from scratch. Oversee full-stack development, including frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. Mentor and guide junior developers, setting coding standards and best practices. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Manage and optimize deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. Qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.). Strong experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development. Proven ability to bootstrap and deliver end-to-end website and application projects. Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or related DevOps tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Nice to Have: Experience in scaling SaaS or enterprise-grade applications. UI/UX sensibility to work closely with design teams. Previous startup or product ownership experience.
