I’m looking for a detail-oriented VA to help with two things: Cleaning and organizing scraped lead lists Running a consistent outreach sequence (email + Instagram DM) This is a simple, repeatable workflow. No strategy needed. Just accuracy and consistency. Tasks include: • Remove duplicates from scraped data • Verify each business is a real Clinic • Capture or confirm: owner/medical director name, email, phone, website, Instagram • Tag tech stack if visible (Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot) • Organize the list by city, population, and quality • Send 40–80 outreach messages per day (email + DM) • Log replies in Airtable or Google Sheet • Move warm leads into a follow-up column • Send follow-up messages on schedule • Daily reporting of numbers sent, replies, and booked calls Requirements: • Strong English reading/writing • Comfortable with spreadsheets • Experience with lead cleaning or list validation • Experience doing cold outreach (email or DM) • High attention to detail • Responsible and consistent (this matters most) • Ability to follow clear SOPs • No flakes, no drama just clean execution Nice to have: • Experience working with scraped lists • Familiarity with Airtable • Experience with Instagram outreach • Any CRM experience (not required) Hours: Part-time, ongoing Roughly 10–20 hours/week to start More if you perform well Budget: $4–$6/hour depending on experience Long-term work available based on performance How to apply: Please answer the following: Have you cleaned lead lists before?
