• We’re hiring a compassionate Special Education Teacher to lead a K–1 Cross-Categorical instructional classroom with a caseload of approximately 10 students. This full-time position is ideal for an educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting diverse learners.

• In this role, you’ll create a safe and engaging space where young learners can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll design lessons that meet each child’s unique needs, celebrate their strengths, and build essential skills for lifelong learning. Collaboration is key — you’ll partner with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to provide holistic, student-centered support.

• Requirements
• Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education.
• Experience in instructional or self-contained settings preferred.
