We are seeking an experienced financial modeler to design and build a dynamic leveraged buyout (LBO) model tailored to a funeral home roll-up strategy. The model must: - Incorporate OpCo term loans and PropCo real estate term loans - Support financing with cash flow, seller rollover equity, seller notes with PIK, or debt (OpCo/PropCo) - Allow the user to easily add or remove acquisitions in a roll-up strategy - Include search fund economics, specifically: - $1,000,000 search capital with a 50% step-up to $1,500,000 (dynamic inputs) - Investor preferred return (assume 8%, dynamic) - A clear equity waterfall showing allocations between: - Investors (capital return + preferred + upside) - Searchers (principals, with promote post step-up) - Rollover sellers The model must be professional, flexible, and investor-ready, with clean design, transparency, and scenario toggles for stress testing.
