Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional experience. This role involves various tasks related to laundry services, cleaning, and assisting guests with their needs in a hotel environment.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding of laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
• Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry products.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.

Skills

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Cleaning skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing outstanding service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness within our establishment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
