We’re hiring a creative, detail-oriented Landing Page & Email Designer to produce high-converting funnels, lifecycle email campaigns, and marketing assets. You should be fluent in modern page builders and email platforms (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage for pages; Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo for email). Your work will directly impact pre-launch and growth campaigns, so a sharp eye for UX, brand consistency, and conversion optimization is essential. Responsibilities: Design and build conversion-focused landing pages that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Create branded, modular email templates and automated flows (welcome, nurture, win-back, promos). Collaborate with marketing/copy to refine messaging hierarchy, value props, and CTAs. Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load performance, accessibility, and polished UI/UX. Plan and run A/B tests (layouts, headlines, CTAs, sections); document results and implement winners. Prepare assets/templates for clean integration into our funnel stack (clear file structure, naming, documentation). Requirements: 4+ years in landing page and email design for performance marketing or product growth. Proficiency with at least two page builders (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, etc.). Proficiency with at least one email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.). Strong grasp of conversion principles, information architecture, and funnel strategy. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email (nice to have) and image optimization best practices. Portfolio demonstrating high-performing pages and email templates (include metrics where available). Deliverables: Pixel-perfect landing pages (desktop + mobile) ready for launch. Email campaign templates (headers, CTAs, modular sections) optimized for mobile. Organized handoff package (design sources, exported assets, component library) plus brief documentation.
