1) We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with land acquisition services for leasing EV parking in high potential locations in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and securing suitable sites for EV charging infrastructure. 2) Each approved site shall consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 parking stalls designated for EV charging installation. The success fee shall be fixed per site, irrespective of the number of stalls, provided that a minimum of five (5) stalls are secured within that site. 3) The Consultant shall provide end-to-end site acquisition and permitting services for PlugUp EV LLC until each approved location achieves “Construction-Ready” status, including all zoning, utility, and building permit approvals. All travel; lodging, car rental, and local expenses are deemed included in the success fee below. 4) The Consultant shall handle all site acquisition and permitting activities until the site attains “Construction-Ready” status (all zoning, utility, and building permits approved). 5) The above fee is inclusive of all travel, local conveyance, car rental, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses incurred by the Consultant in performing these services. No separate reimbursement shall be payable. 6) Only those sites shall be preferred that fall under Rule 29 or an equivalent interconnection framework. Rule 29 refers to a utility program (such as by Southern California Edison) allowing direct utility connection for EV charging stations through a dedicated transformer and meter. 7) The Consultant shall prioritize coordination with utility providers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) that are cooperative, responsive, and capable of issuing permits in an expedited manner. Preference shall be given to locations under utilities and jurisdictions known for supporting EV infrastructure projects and facilitating approvals efficiently.
