Commission-Only Land Acquisition Cold Caller & Lead Manager (Real Estate – Land Wholesaling) About Us We are a real estate investment company specializing in nationwide land wholesaling to home builders. We are seeking a commission-only Cold Caller & Lead Manager to support our acquisitions pipeline. You will handle: Calling landowners (sellers) Calling home builders (buyers) Calling title companies (information-only) Gathering property details Collecting buyer interest Logging all information into the CRM Setting appointments for the Acquisitions Manager (Joël) This is NOT a closing role. This is NOT hourly or salary. This position is 100% commission-only and performance-based. We provide all resources needed for success: Scripts Training CRM access Lead lists Dialer (optional) Your responsibility is to create opportunities, qualify leads, and pass HOT prospects to the Acquisitions Manager. 💰 Compensation (Commission-Only – No Hourly Pay) To protect our budget and ensure mutual success, compensation is strictly performance-based. You earn: $300 for every closed deal that originated from your seller lead $100 bonus if the deal closes within 14 days $50 bonus for every 10 qualified seller leads you submit Additional bonuses for bringing buyers (builders) who purchase multiple lots Typical wholesale revenue ranges from $3,000–$10,000 per deal, and your commission is guaranteed at closing. Seller Outreach (Primary Task) Make 60–100 calls per day to landowners (lists provided) Use the provided script Collect essential information: Seller motivation Seller’s asking price Utilities / road access details Seller’s timeline Confirm that the seller is open to receiving a cash offer Enter all information into the CRM Pass qualified leads to the Acquisitions Manager 2. Buyer / Home Builder Outreach (Information-Only) Call home builders in the same area as the land being sold Confirm if they buy infill lots or vacant land Collect the acquisitions email for their team Send basic property information Confirm buying criteria Schedule a call with our Acquisitions Manager when needed You do not negotiate with buyers. 3. Title Company Outreach (Information-Only) Contact title companies in various states to confirm: Do you allow assignable contracts? Do you accept investor-level EMD? Do you handle wholesale land closings? Gather: Point of contact Email Requirements for opening escrow Notes (logged into CRM) You do not prepare legal documents or negotiate terms. 4.
