We're looking for a KPI Strategy & Analytics Coordinator for a short-term contract to bridge the gap between our leadership team and our data scientist. Right now, we're getting reports that don't answer the questions we actually need answered — and we need someone who can fix that fast. Spark Ignite is a digital marketing agency for martial arts schools, with a sister SaaS CRM company. We have data — lots of it — but we need the right dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to make better decisions across sales, marketing, operations, and client success. This isn't a "build it yourself" analytics role — it's a coordination and strategic thinking role. You'll work directly with leadership to understand what we need to measure, translate that into clear technical requirements, communicate it to our data scientist, and oversee delivery to make sure we get what we actually asked for.
