**About Us:** LuxSauna is a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer brand specializing in high-end far-infrared saunas and wellness solutions. We’re looking for a dedicated Klaviyo specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our email / SMS marketing efforts to generate consistent revenue and improve customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement. --- **What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:** * Audit our current Klaviyo setup (flows, lists/segments, templates, deliverability) and propose improvements * Design, set up, and maintain high-converting email & SMS flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase nurture, win-back, VIP, reactivation, cross-sell/up-sell, etc.) * Create and deploy regular promotional campaigns (newsletters, product launches, seasonal campaigns) * Segment and personalize emails for behavior, purchase history, interests, lifecycle stage * A/B testing: subject lines, content, layout, send times, offers * Monitor deliverability, deliverability feedback loops, suppression lists, spam complaints, list hygiene * Analyze metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per recipient) and deliver actionable reports * Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment * Ensure compliance with email laws/regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) * Suggest and implement strategies to grow our email/SMS list (e.g. popups, lead magnets, gated content) * Potentially integrate Klaviyo with other tools/systems (shopify or e-commerce backend, CRM, etc.) --- **Who You Are / Required Skills & Experience:** * Proven experience (3+ years) as a Klaviyo specialist working with e-commerce / DTC brands * Deep understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation, flows, and best practices * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret email metrics and make data-driven decisions * Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and predictive analytics * Experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms * Experience designing or working with HTML/CSS email templates (responsive design) * Strong copywriting and email marketing strategy sense * Excellent communication, responsiveness, and project management * Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide clear reporting * Bonus: SMS / text marketing experience via Klaviyo or other platforms * Bonus: Experience in wellness, health, or premium / luxury brands **Budget & Timeline:** * We are open to hourly or fixed-price arrangements, depending on your proposal * We expect the initial setup + flow build to take approx. 4–8 weeks * After that, ongoing management/optimization responsibility * Please include in your proposal: your rate, estimated timeline for core deliverables, and example case studies / prior results (e.g. “increased email revenue by X%,” etc.) --- **What to Include in Your Proposal:** * A brief introduction & relevant experience with Klaviyo + e-commerce * Examples / case studies / metrics from past Klaviyo work (before/after) * Your approach to email flow design, testing, deliverability * Any specific considerations or ideas you’d bring to a wellness / health / premium brand * Your pricing / rate / availability * How you plan to measure success
