Existing architectural floor plans will be provided showing location of kitchen, dining room and living room. Using the floor plan, develop a modern/contemporary design and layout for the open living room, kitchen and dining room areas. Create an integrated, functional, and visually cohesive space. Project Scope: o Present modern, functional and stylish layout for the kitchen, dining, and living room. o The kitchen and living room must flow together as one cohesive design. o Select floor tile, backsplash, countertops, style of cabinets and trim/moldings in a consistent contemporary style. o Recommend wall colors that harmonize with the overall concept. o Propose lighting layout and lighting items, including ceiling, pendant, chandelier, and accent fixtures. o Furniture & Layout: Provide a complete furniture layout, with selections for couch, tables, dining set, etc. o Design fireplace focal point and incorporate Deliverables  o 3D rendered visuals of concept; revise per client’s requests  o Once 3-D visual is complete and approved, provide floor plan with measurements for proposed design/layout  o Final package to include direct U.S. purchase links for all recommended materials and furnishings
