• Boot Factory Outlet is seeking a Key Holder to become a part of our team! We are opening a new store in Fort Myers on Labor Day weekend.
• If you are an ambitious self-starter, with previous leadership experience, looking for your first supervisory role then we need to meet you.
• Key Holders are a supporting member of our management team. They are responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. They also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures. This position is a great first step in growing your leadership skills for a future career in management. The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience. All applicants must be available to work a combination of opening/closing shifts and weekends.

• Requirements

Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have

• The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.
• Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
• A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to wear western boots while working.
• A High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
