I am looking for a Kajabi expert to set up a complete business ecosystem on Kajabi — from offers and funnels to newsletters, digital products, and community. I want to model the business system after Justin Welsh’s framework (digital playbooks, workshops, flagship programs, membership, and community). The right freelancer will help me turn my existing coaching programs, digital templates, and workshops into a fully automated Kajabi system. Scope of Work • Kajabi Setup & Design • Build and design homepage with a clear “Career Growth Ladder” (free → entry → mid → premium → corporate). • Create individual landing pages for each offer (playbooks, workshops, accelerators, DFY programs). • Set up bundled offers and pricing tiers. • Offers & Funnels • Create sales funnels for each product (freebies → low-ticket → premium upsell). • Set up order bumps and upsells (e.g., playbooks feeding into coaching programs). • Integrate Stripe/PayPal for payment options and plans. • Email Marketing & Newsletter • Design automated email nurture sequences for freebies, products, and upsells. • Set up branded weekly newsletter template (The Clinical Career Navigator™). • Tagging and segmentation for audience based on product interest. • Digital Products & Templates • Upload playbooks, toolkits, and templates into Kajabi. • Create product mockups and visuals (using Canva or similar). • Membership & Community • Build the Career Hub Membership™ (monthly subscription). • Integrate Kajabi Community for discussions and exclusive content. • Organize content vault (Career Clinic Friday replays, templates, AI assistant). • Automation & Analytics • Set up automations (email tags, product unlocks, upsell triggers). • Integrate Google Analytics/Meta Pixel • Build a dashboard for tracking conversions and revenue.
