We’ll provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know about the painting business. What matters most is that you’re confident, organized, and excited to work with people while keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee painting projects from start to finish—training provided every step of the way
• Be the go-to contact for homeowners, ensuring great communication and satisfaction
• Upsell extra services and upgrades during walkthroughs and check-ins
• Support and manage painters/subcontractors to keep jobs on time and up to standard
• Coordinate logistics like materials, scheduling, and site visits
• Make sure projects wrap up smoothly with happy clients

Who You Are:

• Bilingual (Spanish required)

• Organized and dependable—you stay on top of multiple moving parts
