- Position Overview
- The Junior Marketing Designer plays a key role in supporting Reading Horizons’ marketing and sales initiatives through creative design. This entry-level position is ideal for a designer who’s eager to grow, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys creating a wide variety of marketing and communication assets—from social media graphics to event materials and sales collateral.
- You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to help bring our brand to life across channels and ensure visual consistency and impact in all communications.
- Key Responsibilities
Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including
- Social media graphics and Canva templates
- Email and web banners
- Display and retargeting ads
- Event signage, swag, and giveaway materials
- One-sheets, flyers, and other sales enablement collateral
- Assist in updating and maintaining branded assets and templates for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of visual content for product launches, campaigns, and presentations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Organize and manage design files and assets to support cross-team accessibility.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 0–2 years of professional design experience (internship experience welcome).
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience and/or demonstrated competency in designing content for print, web, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
