Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Job Application Specialist to support clients in securing employment across Dubai, Qatar, and the broader Mideast region. This role requires end-to-end management of job applications, from identifying suitable opportunities to tailoring application materials and ensuring timely submissions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and well-versed in the recruitment landscapes of the Mideast. Key Responsibilities: 🔍 Job Research & Identification Source relevant job opportunities aligned with clients’ skills and career goals. Monitor job boards, company websites, and professional networks for new vacancies across Dubai, Qatar, and surrounding regions. 📄 Application Customization & Submission Tailor resumes and cover letters to fit specific job requirements and industry expectations. Prepare and submit job applications through online portals or directly to employers. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all application documents. 💬 Client & Employer Communication Act as the primary liaison between the client and potential employers or recruiters. Draft and send follow-up emails, track application responses, and manage ongoing correspondence. 🗂 Documentation & Reporting Maintain organized records of all applications submitted, including dates, outcomes, and feedback. Provide clients with timely updates on job search progress and interview invitations. ✅ Compliance & Confidentiality Ensure adherence to local laws and professional standards in job applications.
