Summary We’re looking for an experienced transcriptionist to transcribe a 90-minute Japanese focus group on general business topics into English. You’ll be provided with supporting materials, including a discussion guide and stimulus (STIM) files, to aid context and accuracy. This is an initial project with strong potential for ongoing collaboration with candidates who consistently deliver precise, high-quality work. Project Details Task: Transcribe a 90-minute Japanese focus group audio into English. Deliverable: Clear, accurate English transcript (.docx or .txt) with speaker identification and timestamps at each speaker change. Verbatim Style: Clean Verbatim (omit filler words such as “um,” “uh,” etc.) Turnaround: Strict 48-hour deadline from receipt of the audio file. Critical Instructions PII Removal (Mandatory): Remove all Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including names, company names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or any identifiable data. Use placeholders such as [PII REMOVED] or [LAST NAME] where appropriate.
