Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and printers, as well as providing network connectivity support for CCTV, desktops, and printers. This role requires a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and printers.
- Inventory control of all IT assets
- Troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues.
- Network connectivity support for CCTV, desktops, and printers.
- Printer consumable supply management and basic repair services.
- Providing remote and on-site technical assistance as required.
- Handling Lexmark, Sharp copiers, and Zebra Label printers.
- Managing Logitech conferencing systems.
- Working with Dell hardware for PC and laptop computers.
- Assisting with inventory data management and updates.
- Setting up and improving notification systems for updates and issues.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Lexmark, Sharp, and Zebra printers.
- Experience with Logitech conferencing systems and Dell hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with working in fully cloud-based using Microsoft 365 E5.
