RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide internal support for software platforms such as Entrata and ancillary programs as well as hardware issues in offices across portfolio. Primary support provided to the property and corporate end-users. Identify basic user errors, troubleshoot data and system issue, and interface with software provider support staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Support - Identify user error and provide instruction on how to correct the issue.

· Support – Troubleshoot issue, identify if there is a solution or if it is a software issue. Submit program issues/bugs to the software provider.

· Utilize Kayako support management software. Manages help-desk ticketing system and email tickets to assist end-users with trouble issues or knowledge requests.

· Provide one-on-one training to end users as needed.

· On-site travel property training.

· Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to create efficiency.

· Provide new user access, password changes, and termination of user access.

· Performs testing of new software upgrades.

· Perform setup and testing of property functionality.

· Create guides and perform training for new functionality.

· Full access Entrata Administration – analyzing our current system, suggesting modifications, escalating issues to Entrata support teams.

· Identifies and streamlines internal processes with all system software, providing project leadership and completing regular system maintenance.

· Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

● CompTIA+ Certification

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

● Ideally 1+ years of Technical Support or System Administration experience, with preference to previous experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
