Position: IT Helpdesk & System Support

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT level 2 support for Rochester plant including software (Microsoft office/outlook +), network, hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devises, peripherals/printers)
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve ad hoc technical problems and resolve level 1 and 2 issues
- Provide superior customer service including working with employees to walk them through solutions
- Support with larger IT projects
- Carry out system upgrades
- Installation and set up of all new office hires as well as deactivation
- Manage all hardware for the site
- Committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities.
KPI targets for the role:
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Customer service feedback above 80%
Qualifications
- Proficient in using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) and remote support tools to manage, track, and resolve technical issues efficiently and in alignment with service level expectations.
- 1–3 years of experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support technician role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Key Skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support users at all technical levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $56,200.00 - $74,920.00 per year
