We’re looking for a high-level IT Automations & Systems Manager to work directly with the CEO. You’ll own and improve our automation systems across departments — mainly Sales and Marketing — using Make.com, Monday.com, and multiple integrated platforms. If you’re the kind of person who fixes systems before anyone notices they’re broken, this is for you. PS: During the interview, you must show you have more knowledge than me. ⚙️ Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automations (Make.com, Monday.com, Slack, QuickBooks, GHL, Webflow, APIs). Fix issues fast — ideally the same day — and keep everything running smoothly. Document workflows and build SOPs for long-term stability. Create new automations to boost efficiency and eliminate manual work. Identify weak spots and propose smarter, automated solutions. 🧠 Requirements Proven expertise in Make.com and Monday.com (advanced use, not basic). Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system logic. Problem-solver who thrives on autonomy and accountability. Experience with Slack, QuickBooks, GHL, Webflow, or similar SaaS tools.
