I would like to build an iphone/android EMR app and online website for telehealth purposes. Patients will be able to input data such as personal and medical history when signing up. Patients will be able to request appointments for specific dates/times or from a specific provider. Physicians when creating an account will need to be verified as having an active medical license and board certification. The app/site will need to be secure and HIPAA compliant. It will need to have screen sharing and file sharing capabilities so that patients can upload imaging reports, test results, etc for the physician to review before or during the telehealth appointment. Payment for the visits will be out of pocket costs only and will not be billed through insurance.
