We’re looking for an iOS QA tester who can go beyond basic functionality checks. This role involves not only testing our iOS app for bugs and usability issues but also stepping into the shoes of a real user to perform role-play scenarios. You’ll help us understand how new users experience the app, where they might get stuck, and how natural the overall flow feels. Responsibilities: • Test the iOS app across different devices/versions. • Identify and document bugs, errors, or usability issues. • Perform role-play scenarios as a typical user (e.g., signing up, booking, messaging, etc.). • Provide detailed feedback in English on user experience, clarity, and app flow. • Suggest improvements to make the app more intuitive and engaging. Requirements: • Access to an iOS device (latest iOS preferred). • Excellent written and spoken English (clear communication is critical). • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings concisely. • Previous experience in app testing, QA, or user testing is a plus. • Comfortable role-playing and imagining different user situations.
