We’re a fast-moving consumer mobile product seeking an iOS Growth Marketer with real experience scaling an app. You’ll own iOS acquisition, funnel experimentation, and the full performance engine. What You’ll Do: • Lead and scale Apple Search Ads (keywords, storefronts, audience tests) • Manage the content creation process (briefs, direction, performance feedback) • Build, launch, and test paid ads across TikTok, Meta, and Google • Run structured funnel tests from install → activation → subscription • Implement and A/B test notifications, emails, and journeys in Customer.io • Analyze cohort data and build KPI dashboards • Recommend new growth angles, onboarding improvements, and paywall tests We're very serious and open to give cash + equity to the right candidate who can show results.
