- Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The Inventory Control Specialist will work to ensure our inventory levels match our system records, conduct internal audits, and investigate discrepancies.
- To be successful in the position, you should be highly organized, able to collaborate with multiple departments, have strong analytical skills, and strong communication.
- Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Research any inventory discrepancies.
- Perform warehouse cycle counts and provide oversight of production cycle counts for various departments.
- Make inventory adjustments from the information gathered from the cycle counts.
- Assess and monitor warehouse transfer transactions and receiving packing slips.
- Experience creating and maintaining inventory reports (i.e., surplus, vendor return logs, inspection reports).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Qualifications
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty
- 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and math skills are a must.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities;
- Must be self-motivated and have a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with a large ERP system (MS BC)
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
- Must be able to drive (valid CDL) to multiple local warehouse locations.
- This is a fully onsite role, the schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
