  • Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The Inventory Control Specialist will work to ensure our inventory levels match our system records, conduct internal audits, and investigate discrepancies.
  • To be successful in the position, you should be highly organized, able to collaborate with multiple departments, have strong analytical skills, and strong communication.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Research any inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform warehouse cycle counts and provide oversight of production cycle counts for various departments.
  • Make inventory adjustments from the information gathered from the cycle counts.
  • Assess and monitor warehouse transfer transactions and receiving packing slips.
  • Experience creating and maintaining inventory reports (i.e., surplus, vendor return logs, inspection reports).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Qualifications

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty

  • 3+ years of experience in Inventory Control in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and math skills are a must.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities;
  • Must be self-motivated and have a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience with a large ERP system (MS BC)
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
  • Must be able to drive (valid CDL) to multiple local warehouse locations.
  • This is a fully onsite role, the schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
