  • "Join our fast-paced manufacturing team and take charge of inventory accuracy from the inside out as our Inventory Control Clerk". This position is a full time, hourly position, 7AM - 3PM Monday - Friday at Seda North America, located in Mount Pleasant, WI.  Seda is looking for a detail-driven professional to manage inventory accuracy and support production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you will do

  • •     Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely movement of materials
  • •     Support production operations by managing stock levels
  • •     Minimize production delays and optimize inventory accuracy in a dynamic manufacturing setting
  • Specific Duties
  • •     Collaborate with scheduler to establish production sequences and lead times
  • •     Enter, maintain, and verify inventory quantities in SAP
  • •     Close production jobs and work orders daily or as needed
  • •     Manage intracompany inventory transfers to support production timelines
  • •     Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, and metrics
  • •     Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts
  • •     Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages
  • •     Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow
  • •     Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • •     Perform other duties as assigned by management

What you will bring

  • •     High school diploma and 2+ years of inventory management experience
  • •     Proficiency in SAP ERP/MRP systems
  • •     Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical aptitude
  • •     Excellent written and verbal communication
  • •     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • •     Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • •     Systematic and methodical approach to tasks
  • •     Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
