- Job Summary

- Essential Job Functions
- · Allocating inventory to the correct departments as it comes into the warehouse and arranging for pickups and shipments.
- · Performing regular inventory counts.
- · Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
- · Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
- · Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.
- · Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips
- · Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations
- · Accurately complete paperwork required for production records
- · Operate Radio Frequency equipment to transact inventory
- · Cycle count inventory and research problems
- · Process small parcel (UPS) shipments and receipts
- · Process outbound shipments and inbound receipts
- · Pick boxed material from warehouse
- · Print bar code label to identify product
- · Prepare a daily report of audit results
- · Key all warehouse inventory adjustments
- · Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- Required Skills/Abilities
- · Ability to communicate well with others
- · Ability to read and understand routings, work orders, manifests, and production reports
- · Ability to count accurately
- · Ability to take instructions and work with little supervision
- · Ability to use EPICOR computer software
- · Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- · Must be a team player with focus on customer service and quality
- · Must have solid work attendance and be reliable
- Education and Experience Requirements
- · High School degree or equivalent
- · 1-3 years previous planning/inventory control experience
