I’m looking for an experienced interior designer to help me complete and elevate my master bedroom and master bathroom using many of the pieces I already have. I need help pulling everything together with a cohesive design direction, including updated finishes in the bathroom. The final deliverables will include 3D renderings, a detailed design plan, and contractor-ready notes/specifications. ⸻ Scope of Work Master Bedroom • Incorporate existing furniture and décor into an elevated, cohesive design • Provide recommendations for: • Layout optimization • Lighting (overhead + accent) • Wall décor + styling • Textiles (bedding, window treatments, rugs) • Accent furniture or accessories (if needed) Final deliverables must include: • 3D renderings of the room • A shoppable list for any new items • Styling tips so I can execute the design on my own ⸻ Master Bathroom I need help selecting: • Tile (floor and shower) • Paint colors • Fixtures (sink, shower, hardware), including properly mixing metals • Vanity mirror + lighting • Shelving, décor, and functional storage solutions • Any fixture layouts that would improve flow or use of space Bathroom deliverables should include: • 3D renderings showing tile, paint, fixtures, and layout • A complete spec sheet (SKU, finish, placement notes) for my contractor • Notes on tile pattern, grout color, paint sheen, lighting placement, etc. • Recommendations for mixed-metal combinations that look intentional and cohesive ⸻ Requirements • Interior designer or decorator with past experience in bedroom + bathroom design • Ability to create accurate 3D renderings of both spaces • Strong understanding of mixing metals, layering neutrals, and modern/clean design styles • Ability to work with existing furniture (not redesign from scratch) • Clear communication and quick turnaround on revisions • Bonus: Familiarity with standard contractor terminology for handoff notes ⸻ What I Will Provide • Room dimensions (bedroom and bathroom) • Photos and videos of both spaces • Photos + measurements of existing pieces I want incorporated • Inspiration images / Pinterest board • Any contractor constraints or notes ⸻ Deliverables 1. 3D Renderings (bedroom + bathroom) 2.
