About the Position: This position is in the Engineering and Construction Division Design Branch. Position will work under section chief as project engineer for civil works projects; preparation of technical reports, final design for plans and specification products, and engineering during construction activities. Position requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders and leadership at the project development team level. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation.
