What you will be doing to make a difference

• • Be part of a dedicated and committed team including Clinicians, Paraprofessionals, and other
• behavioral health providers
• • Provide families with education, support, and resources
• • Guide families in focusing on their family’s and child’s strengths, needs, and goals
• • Empower caregivers to navigate child service systems with confidence and clarity.
• • Identify and connect caregiver(s) to formal and informal community resources
• • Collaborate with various youth-serving systems

• Requirements
• QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and Experience)
• Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with mental health needs
• Must possess a valid and clean MA driver's license
