I’m looking for an instructional designer with experience creating training for caregiving, home-care, support services, healthcare, or human services. I have rough material and an initial structure, and I need someone who can help turn this into a clear, engaging 4-hour onboarding program. You should be comfortable creating new slides, scenarios, examples, and visual elements—not just formatting what already exists. Experience with TalentLMS is a plus, as the final program will be built inside the platform.
