We're looking to add an Inside Locksmith Technician for our Dallas location. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform locksmith services: rekeying, key cutting, key programming, and more
• Experience with automotive programming is required.
• Greet customers and answer phones
• Offer assistance to customers (suggestions, professional opinions, product information)
• Process payments
• Handle checks, cash, and credit cards
• Process customer refunds courteously and professionally
• Maintain professional attitude and enthusiasm
• Convey Company's commitment to customers
• Develop product knowledge
• Stay current with promotional events and sales
• Keep store displays clean and tidy
• Provide our customers with excellent customer service
• Track store inventory and alert our Inventory department of shortages
• Communicate professionally with superiors, coworkers, and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Locksmith experience (two years minimum preferred)
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task
• Team-player mentality
• Professional composure
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide excellent service
• Open availability
• Physical demands: this position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, typing, and climbing. Must be able to lift ~50LBS unassisted
