Job Type: Full-TimePay Range: $52,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission + quarterly bonuses (expectation is $80,000k/year 1; $110,000k/year 2; $150,000k/year 3; $200,000k/year by year 5)

What You’ll Do:
- Own a geographic sales territory and generate B2B leads through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure the right valve / process control solutions for each application.
- Follow a structured sales process while bringing your own entrepreneurial style to the table.
- Master your craft through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.

What We Offer:
- Base Salary:$52,000/year + uncapped monthly commission + quarterly bonuses (expectation is $80,000k/year 1; $110,000k/year 2; $150,000k/year 3; $200,000k/year by year 5)

Requirements:
- Previous B2B sales experience is great, but not required—we hire drive over resume.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in industrial products or mechanical systems.
- Comfortable with phone outreach, CRM systems, and prospecting tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Exton, PA and work in person.
