Aloha, I’m Mick St John, a high-performing solo real estate agent based in Maui, Hawaiʻi. I’m a one-man show running deals that range anywhere from $175,000 to $12,000,000. My business is fast-paced, and I need a world-class assistant to help me stay on track, take care of clients, and drive more deals across the finish line. This is not a “read a script and pass leads” job. I need someone who can be both an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and my Client Care Specialist — someone who can call, qualify, nurture, and follow up with clients AND ensure every one of my clients feels supported and cared for. If you’re hungry, fast, and reliable, this is the kind of role where you can grow long-term and make serious money. What You’ll Do Outbound Cold Calling: Call homeowners and investors using proven scripts to set appointments for free strategy sessions with me. Lead Qualification: Ask smart questions to uncover property ownership, goals, and timing. Diligent Follow-Up: Stay on top of leads, call them back, send follow-up emails/texts, and keep them moving forward. Client Care: Check in with my existing database of potential clients, make sure they feel supported, and book time with me when they’re ready to buy/sell. Calendar Management: Book appointments directly onto my calendar for seller and buyer consultations. Speed to Respond: Be available for quick-turn tasks (under 1 hour) even outside your set hours. If a task requires more than an hour, I will pay you for your time of course. Webinar Support (Near Future): Attend and support live webinars, respond to attendees in the chat, log all questions, and assist with Q&A follow-ups. What I’m Looking For High-level performers only — if you’ve closed deals or booked high-ticket appointments before, I want to hear from you. Fast & Reliable: You must have excellent speed — responding quickly to me and to clients. Independent & Proactive: I don’t have time for hand-holding. If you need me to manage you, this isn’t the right role. Hungry to Sell: You should get energy from making calls, overcoming objections, and booking qualified meetings. Client-Centered: You must also genuinely care about people — checking in, following up, making them feel valued. Balanced: Comfortable working with both sellers and buyers. Proven Process: If you already have a strong sales process that’s worked elsewhere, I’m open to learning about your process to better our system. Compensation & Growth Base Pay: $5/hr to start Performance Bonus: $1,000 USD per closed deal (paid after closing) Pay Reviews: Every 6 months based on performance, speed, and consistency Hours: 20–40 hours/week, plus flexible quick-turn availability for short tasks outside working hours Growth Path: Long-term role with more hourly, higher commissions, more responsibility, and a chance to become my true right-hand operator Why This Role is Different Trust-Based: I need someone I can trust to make my life easier, not harder.
