Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager for a short-term project to help us build a scalable collaboration funnel with golf micro-influencers. Our company has developed a new mobile application for golfers, and we are looking for a specialist to connect us with influencers in the 5,000-10,000 follower range to generate authentic reviews and drive user acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to shape our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up. You will be responsible for the entire outreach process, from identifying and contacting influencers to negotiating collaboration terms and tracking results. We are open to exploring various compensation models, including pay-per-user, flat fees for reviews, or other creative arrangements. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and engaging with golf micro-influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. • Build and manage a pipeline of potential influencer partners. • Initiate contact and build relationships with influencers. • Negotiate collaboration terms and compensation (e.g., performance-based CPA, flat fee, free premium access, etc.). • Create and manage a tracking system to monitor outreach, responses, and campaign performance. • Provide regular reports on key metrics, including the number of influencers contacted, response rates, and the number of collaborations secured. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in influencer marketing and outreach, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of outreach. • Familiarity with the golf industry and a passion for the sport is a strong plus. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience working with mobile apps or in the sports technology industry. • Familiarity with CRM or other outreach management tools.
