• 1. Design and optimize factory and production layouts to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
• 2. Conduct time studies, process studies, and line balancing to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• 3. Lead process design and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and maximize throughput.
• 4. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, and 5S principles to drive operational excellence.
• 5. Monitor and analyze OEE data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in safety, ergonomics, and quality.
• 7. Drive standardization and documentation of best practices across production lines.
• 8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• 9. Proficiency in factory simulation tools and MS Excel (advanced level).
• 10. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications
